Terminal Information

Kansai has Terminal 1 for full-service airlines and Terminal 2 for low-cost carriers. A free shuttle bus connects the two terminals.

Follow the Signs

After leaving the aircraft, follow the "Arrival" signs to immigration.

Show your passport and QR code (or paper card) at the immigration counter. Your fingerprints and photo will be taken.
